Never Order Again Glamot !

A terrible customer experience, after ordering & paying (excessively) for the products & postage in UK pounds over 6 weeks ago & recieving a tracking number which was of no relevance at all, I contacted Glamot by email to ask where my shipment is & after series of time wasting replies I was none the wiser, eventually being told to refer to the companies shipping terms & conditions, eventhough I supplied them with their order number they didn't know what was in the shipment I had to explain what I had ordered & guess what still no delivery after another 2 weeks.
Glamot got the money & don't give a f##k about you after that !
* 1/2 a star review, thanks for nothing !

Overall experience absolutely excellent

My overall experience was absolutely excellent. I ordered "Kevin Murphy Night Rider" and "Kevin Murphy Free Hold" in a very difficult to find Travel Size packaging. Not only they had the best price online but also provided fantastic customer support to their First Time Buyer. My queries were answered in a very friendly and polite manner. Product arrived in exactly 7 days from the moment of ordering online. 100% original and intact.

Fast shipping, good costumer service

Had an issue with my order. It was inclear who was at fault. Good comunication though! They shipped it out again for free. Fast shipping, great products! Nothing to complain about! Would buy again.

Goldwell Elumen play washes out

I bought six colors of Goldwell Elumen Play. Though the colors are gorgeous I wouldn’t consider them semi-permanent. I was thinking that the colors would stay like Elumen high-performance color. They were washed out in 2 weeks except the blue that had staying power. Fun if you don’t mind doing your hair every two weeks.

Very happy with my purchase

Very happy with my purchase! However my order was little over a week late and the shipping had not updated so I became worried it was misplaced by the courier. I messaged back and forth with glamot and they were very patient and helpful. Great customer service! I will be back.

TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE.

It took Glamot over a month to deliver a parcel which was supposed to arrive in 4 days - it would have been quicker to order it from China. The tracker which I was sent was incredibly vague; 'item has arrived at parcel depot'. It was stuck there for 3 weeks in Germany, apparently 'owing to Brexit'. Glamot needs to revise postal dates to UK if they didn't make contingency plans at any point in the 4 years since Brexit was announced. The customer service was incredibly unhelpful - when I asked Glamot for an estimated delivery date I got the response 'We believe that this will happen as soon as possible'. When the actual delivery was attempted I wasn't contacted, nor was I notified of the name of the courier service who would do this, no 'missed parcel' note; thankfully I happened to be in when they attempted to redeliver, but only by luck. The parcel was battered beyond belief when it arrived and hadn't been sent with any sort of protective packaging. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Fantastic service and fantastic…

Fantastic service and fantastic delivery????Only one small thing-make sure the lids are properly tighten up. I moved it a little and it almost opened itself. Luckily it didn't leak. Especially with a Wonder, Gestil doesnt have a plastic coat.

I wouldn’t bother

I wouldn’t bother, you’ll be waiting ages on the order, 3 weeks today since I ordered and still haven’t received order, I emailed them plenty of times to say that I think the order is lost as it has been in Ireland nearly two weeks and they aren’t much help. They tried to tell me it’s delayed due to Brexit. Ireland has nothing to do with Brexit..
Edit for the reply I got, this order was not affected by Brexit, this order is in Ireland the last two weeks, I’ve explained that to yous multiple times and your telling me to email yous I have done so already
